League Electrical started in 2018 under the name Marky Sparky, founded on the ambition of its founder, Mark Pocock.
Mark had a lifelong dream of building a business established on trust, respect, and an inimitable quality of service that’s hard to find today. He wanted to help people in a way that would transform their lives, and that’s when, in 2018, he came up with the idea of Marky Sparky.

With his exceptional service quality, the business gained traction quickly. The word spread fast. Customers across Sydney loved the service. They told their families, friends, and colleagues, and soon Marky Sparky became the talk of the town solely through word of mouth.

But this fame wasn’t built alone by Mark. The real heroes were his team, who actually showed up on time, completed every job exceptionally well, left every job site cleaner than they found it, built a solid reputation, and earned a magnificent streak of 5-star reviews over the years.

Soon, Mark made a deliberate decision to take his name off the business and put the spotlight on the people who had been driving it all along. Because the business name was overshadowing the collective team effort, and he desperately wanted to honour that effort.

In 2022, Marky Sparky was rebranded as League Electrical. After the rebrand, a Business Development Manager came on board, and a partnership with Walcott Industries expanded what the team can offer you, from standard residential and Level 2 work through to solar and battery installations. Talented young teammate Jacob, who recently won the Youth Award for excellence in the electrical field.

Today, League Electrical is for every homeowner in Sydney who wants premium-quality services and to protect their home from electrical safety hazards.
